To keep abreast of the various developments in the OIC ecosystem (new agreements, new potentialities, new investment policies, etc.)

The overabundance of data on the Internet is hindering the ability of decision-makers to access strategic information. A great volume of content is available, yet it is either drowned in a flood of super-fluous data or is extremely difficult to access.

The implementation of a monitoring solution enable the sorting of this surplus of information in order to provide useful information that accurately matches the needs of the economic stakeholders of the member countries.

In this regard and thanks to this solution, ICDT publish weekly newsletter with the aim of :

  • Understanding the environment of OIC member countries in order to seize development opportunities.

The Halal industry is, now more than ever, a buoyant and promising sector for the development of Intra-OIC trade. In this regard, ICDT has set up an interactive and regularly updated Dashboard to provide information on investment trends, trade opportunities, and intra-OIC trade state of play.

The Dashboard covers all sub-sectors of the industry: Islamic finance, fashion, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, tourism, and food processing.

For the benefit of the enterprises of OIC countries, ICDT developed trade databases in partnership with ITC on potential exports from OIC countries and market access (tariff and non-tariff measures).
